I am a fully qualified Carpenter to City & Guild standard, with over 30 years experience within the trade and as such I am able to take on all types of wood related tasks, from staircases to garden sheds, see my carpentry page for more details.
I can also offer my services as a Handyman and will take on all of those jobs small or large that you never seem to get round to, things like putting up shelves, curtain rails, changing light fittings and switches, fixing dripping taps, repairing fences and guttering.
My goal is to provide a professional, honest, helpful and reliable service at an affordable price.
I am a local business in Bishops Stortford whose work comes mainly from word-
- I arrive when I say I will, work with consideration for others and clear up at the end of each day
- If I am running a little behind schedule I will call to let you know
- If you have an emergency I will do my best to get to you the same day/evening
- I carry full public liability insurance.
- My Charges covers labour only. I can provide materials, but understand if you prefer to buy your own
- Payment is by cash or cheque although account facilities are available for local businesses.
- My service is targeted at homeowners, tenants, landlords, letting agents, offices, shops, pubs, clubs, bars, schools and retirement homes
- Moving home or office? Hire me for the day as an extra pair of hands. I can carry things, remove/install appliances and remove/fit fixtures and fittings.
I also work outside and can tackle most jobs with confidence.
